Here are the forms for award nominations.
Nominations must be recieved by February 15, 2010.

Well Driller of the Year

• Criteria: Active member of the MGWA for a minimum of 10 years. Active in the industry for a minimum of 10 years and a registered driller with the MDEQ. 

Distinguished Service Award 

• Criteria: Anyone associated with the groundwater industry that distinguishes him or herself in their job and community. Minimum 15 years in the MGWA. 

Distinguished Business Award  

• Criteria: Minimum of 50 years in business and member of the MGWA. Minimum 25 years involved in community service and two letters of recommendation from other contractors.

Political Apprecitiation Certificate 

• Criteria: A politician who has supported our interests in the groundwater industry.
