    Trade Show Rules

    1. Space
    No portion of the display area may be sublet or assigned to any other firm or person(s).

    2. Table Assignments
    Table and/or equipment space assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. MGWA reserves the right to alter the trade show layout and vendor location. Please indicate your first, second, and third table choices. Private room displays are not permitted. (See floor plan for table and equipment space layout.)

    3. Fire and Safety Codes
    Each table operator and vehicle equipment owner must comply with all federal, state, local, and Bavarian Inn fire and safety codes. This includes disconnecting batteries and ensuring gas tanks are nearly empty.

    4. Insurance
    MGWA, its officers, directors, and staff shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage by fire, or injury to any person or article.

    5. Liability
    Each table operator is responsible for the space leased during the convention and must keep it free from hazards. MGWA and the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort are not responsible for any injury that may occur to table operators, their associates, or employees.

    6. Electrical, Internet, and Shipping Freight
    After signing up to exhibit, companies may place orders for additional services online or via provided forms.

    7. Food and Beverages
    The sale or serving of food, beverages, or concessions of any kind is not permitted unless prior written permission is obtained from the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort.

    8. Cancellation Policy
    The cancellation policy applies to all items purchased on the exhibitor application form. Written cancellation notice must be received by 5:00 p.m. on February 13, 2026 to receive a refund, less a $250 administrative fee.
    Cancellations after February 13, 2026 are nonrefundable. Cancellation notices must be faxed to the MGWA office at (614) 898-7786. No-shows will not receive refunds.

    9. Payment Policy
    To be considered pre registered, MGWA must receive your payment with this form.
